Cancellation Policy

Lessons are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours (Pacific Daylight Time) notice. Clients need to contact their instructor to reschedule the lesson. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you lose your pre-paid class. You will not be entitled to any type of refund or rescheduling. If an instructor cancels with less than 48 hours notice, we will reschedule your pre-paid lesson and you will receive a free lesson for future use. The instructor will email the client for any unexpected scheduling changes.
